ABOUT DEBBIE CARROLL
Designer Debbie Carroll got hooked on gardening from an early age and has always actively grown her own fruit and vegetable. She is passionate about nature and all things that grow, and has an interest in Art and Design. She has an HNC in Garden Design, with distinctions, along with a RHS Advanced Certificate in Horticulture.
Debbie is based in Southampton and works across Hampshire & East Dorset. She is able to come up with ideas or problem solving on site as well as working with customers who have longer term projects where designs are implemented over time. She loves to build a close relationship with clients where her honesty, attention to detail, clear communication and thoughtful approach ensures that the final design has a very personal touch.
Her aim is to create inspirational gardens that give all who use them a real sense of joy, while ensuring that they work on a practical level and creatively solve any site related problems.
She is keen to support both her local community and charities, having designed a Gold Medal winning show stand for Mayfield Horticultural Therapy Project, supported by Mind, at Southampton Show in 2005. More recently she was a founding member and original Chair of a Friends Group for Mayfield Park in Southampton plus has seen a memorial garden, she designed for St Peters Church Titchfield, dedicated.
